Data Backup Solutions

PC Paramedix offers both onsite (your home or business) and secure cloud based storage services.  The advantages of backups are numerous and we encourage customers to have redundant backups.  Our hosted offsite solution uses SSL to ensure that your data is safe from your PC to our servers.  On our servers we also keep backups of your backups.  If this does not fit your needs we also offer NAS and local backup devices.

Data Retrieval with System Restoration

If you are having us perform a System Restoration, we offer full data backup and restoration.  After we have done a full backup of your PC's hard drive (so we can give you your PC as it was when we received it, if needed), we do a full backup of your personal data; including but not limited to: Photos, Documents, Music, and Internet Favorites.  This data is then scanned with no less than four enterprise class anti-virus programs.  So you can rest assured that you will not lose anything when working with one of our technicians.

Disaster Recovery
